Timers for
L.I.F.E. is our ministry with, to, and for older adults. Prime Timers
for L.I.F.E. was born when a few people claimed Robert Browning's
invitation for their own lives.
Grow old along with me,
the best is yet to be:
the last for which
the first was made.
They created a program where mature adults may enjoy their
best years together and grow in Christ.
October through April, we offer the church and community an
adult
activity day every Wednesday, 9:30 am-3:30 pm. Participants may attend
all or part of the day. Trips are taken on other days of the week.

Excursions help us get away from it all,
see interesting
places and share experiences (usually at discounted prices) and make
some new friends. A change of pace and place are important to mental
and spiritual health. • Exercise is a must in
maintaining
physical and mental well being. Our chair and low-impact exercises help
prevent muscle loss and improve balance and strength. Exercise is more
fun together. • Life is not complete without fun!
Our games, trips, movies and fellowship help make our lives more
Vibrant, Healthy, Satisfying. • Meditation & Prayer
is the basis of all that we do and it's recommended as one of the most
important stress reducers in life. "Come to me" Jesus said, "if you are
tired from carrying heavy burdens and I will give you rest." • And lunch
is an important part of our life!
